Do we have to use your managed execution to use the platform?
No. The analytics platform is fully standalone. You can connect your existing campaigns — whether you're running them in-house or through another agency — and get attribution and MMM insights without Tempo touching your media buying at all.
How long does it take to get set up?
Pixel installation and ad platform connections typically take a few days. First attribution data appears within the first campaign cycle after setup. The onboarding service is designed to get your team to a first reviewed attribution report within two weeks.
Can you track campaigns we started before we signed up with Tempo?
Yes. The attribution model works from the moment the pixel is live and platform connections are established. Historical spend data from connected platforms can be pulled to establish baselines and calibrate the model.
What makes this different from just using Google Analytics?
GA4 shows you what happened on your site. It can't tell you which ad spend caused those site visits, how your Facebook campaign compares to your CTV buy, or where your budget will perform best next quarter. Tempo's attribution and MMM layer connects the spend side to the outcome side across every channel simultaneously.
We already work with an enrollment marketing agency. Does that conflict with Tempo?
